Weather have you trapped indoors? Take this time to ORGANIZE!!! Think about the spaces that may be out of sight and out of mind that need your attention...here's a quick list of some things that may have not gotten your attention lately:
Medicine Cabinet (throw out out of date meds)
Behind Washer/Dryer (vaccuum, pick up hangers and items that have fallen)
Junk Drawer (we all have one...clean it out!)
File Cabinet (how long have you kept paperwork...consolidate)
Closet (out of style, date or doesn't fit...donate!)
Kitchen Sink (organize your cleaning supplies)
Bathroom Sink (combine like soaps, through out empty bottles)
Hall Closet (extra blankets? Great time to donate blankets to those in need!)
Fridge (throw out outdated food and wipe down inside)
For the over achievers...
1. Go through pens and markers and throw out what doesn't work
2. Mend clothes missing buttons, sew up holes or sew on patches
3. Organize pantry with labels facing out for easy finding
4. Tilt couches over and grab the change, socks etc
5. Go through sock drawer rid of socks with out pairs!!!
This should keep you busy for a while...it will make you feel better, refreshed and less cluttered! What a great head start on SPRING CLEANING!

Is it Really December 2010?
My Mama always said the older you get the faster time goes...boy was she ever right! It's December 8th 2010! Seems like the last 10 years have really gone by fast. It has me thinking about the next 10 years and what it may have in store for me, my family and my career. What will real estate be like in 10 years? How healthy will I be? How many nieces, nephews or children will I have? Will I live in the same home? Will facebook still be around or will it be the new myspace? :-) I challenge each of you to look at the years past and make an effort to set some real goals...not that you want to wear a size 6 but some life goals. What kind of person do you strive to be? What changes can be made in your daily life to mold that new person. What type of role model are you to those who look up to you? What has changed about you in the last 10 years?Life flies by and it is only going to get faster...slow down today and do a little self-searching. Enjoy the people around you and be a person that other's enjoy to be around.

Twitter Me This...Twitter Me That?!?
Okay this is hard for me to admit but I need a little twitter help! I tweet throughout the day but like I have discussed with other co-workers it seems like random people are following me and not sure if there is something I can do better to actually target an audience. As you know I am a real estate agent so ideally the best thing for me is to discuss the market etc. Any tips, advice, do's or dont's? I am open to learn...let me know what you know about twitter!

Market Overview
The area around us is forever changing but for now we seem to be in a pretty steady spot. Interest rates remain low, builders are still in the building business, sellers are still selling, buyers are still buying and I am still here to help with all of the above! I know the current state of the economy has some worried but please feel free to ask me anything about the real estate market. If I cannot answer your questions I will find someone who can. Together we can make sure now is the right time for you and your family to make the transition. As always, thank you for your continued support!

Want to Get Moving?
Have you wanted to start walking, running or jogging and don't know where to start? A group of Mansfield, TX area folks are getting together to start running a 5k per month! The great thing about going with a group is a group discount and of course motivation! I would love to see this group grow into something solid so that we can help each other stay healthy and fit! If you or someone you know would like to join our group please let me know...walkers welcome!

Gearing up for the Holidays
Since Wal-Mart already has there Christmas stuff up I thought I would mention a few of the things that we (Century 21 Judge Fite) will be doing as an office to help a few families this holiday year. We have decided to pick a local Mansfield family and provide an entire Christmas! Gifts, wrapping, bows, decorations if needed etc. The second thing we will be promoting through social media is a Salvation Army angel tree! Our plan is to have a tree on location so that Mansfield citizens have another place to pick up angels and drop off gifts. I will keep you posted on our progress. Thanks again for your continued support. Check out my facebook page for the most up to date information.
