I held my very first home buyer's seminar on Saturday October 9th. I had a decent turn out and the presentation went very well! From start to finish with questions in between the entire session lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. We gave each attendee a "goodie bag" to take with them. Each vendor took a little time to explain their job during the transaction and answer any questions that the buyers may have had. The next seminar is going to be held around the end of February.
