Cell Phone Myth or Magic?

My coworker brought me a list of things that your cell phone can do that you may or may not have heard of yet. The one that caught my attention was how to unlock your car with not having your keys on location! I know I know it sounds crazy and I am still not absolutely certain that they were not all laughing at me inside the office but the email states the following:

"If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their cell phone. Hold your cell phone  about a foot from your door and have the person at home hit your key less entry unlock button, holding it near their phone at home. Your car will unlock."

I did not believe it until my car unlocked. I had my coworker go to the complete opposite end of the building. What I would like to see is some more of you test this to see if it really works. A farther distance would make me more of a believer. Let me know if you have had success with this and what your thoughts are.

Home Buyer Seminar Review

Alamo Title
26 E Debbie Lane #114, Mansfield

I held my very first home buyer's seminar on Saturday October 9th. I had a decent turn out and the presentation went very well! From start to finish with questions in between the entire session lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. We gave each attendee a "goodie bag" to take with them. Each vendor took a little time to explain their job during the transaction and answer any questions that the buyers may have had. The next seminar is going to be held around the end of February. If you or someone you know might want to attend this event please let me know.

Let's Do Our Part

Look around you and your community...there is so much work to do and so little volunteers. Our office, Century 21 Judge Fite, in Mansfield has decided to change that! Helping others is not always about giving money but can also be about giving time...everyone has time to give, maybe an afternoon to pick up trash or a weekend to help restock a food pantry. Whatever the task, making yourself available for some type of "giving back" activity will not only help others around you but will fill you in ways you cannot imagine. We would like to challenge you today to get busy doing something to better the world around you. If you would like to join our team of volunteers please let me know! Happy Helping!
